1Set up your scout's selling website

Each scout gets a personal online store. Register using the link below (or scan the QR code), then share your page with family and friends. Our Pack 6 group page is on the Sherwood Forest Farms site (linked in Ryan's Sept 21 email).

2Two ways to sell — know the difference

Shipped to customer

Direct Delivery

  • Customer orders on your scout's website.
  • They pay online with PayPal — nothing for you to collect.
  • Wreath ships straight to their door. Great for out-of-town family.
You hand-deliver

Local Delivery

  • Write the order on the paper order form.
  • Cash or check only — PayPal does not work for local orders.
  • You pick up the wreaths in Scottsdale and deliver them yourself.

3Collecting & turning in money

Best way: have customers make checks payable to you, then write one check to the pack when you turn in your order form. (Checks made out to “Cub Scouts Pack 6” will be accepted if you'd rather.)

You're responsible for your own accounting — your cash and checks must add up to the total on your order form when you turn it in on Nov 7 or 8.

4Quick answers

Can a local customer pay online?
No. PayPal is for shipped (Direct Delivery) orders only.
When are forms and money due?
November 7–8, together, in one turn-in.
Who delivers local wreaths?
You do. Each seller handles their own customers.
Do I turn in PayPal orders?
No — those are paid and shipped online automatically.
